| Glitz & Glam - Intermediate | Edible jewelry is also a hugely popular cake trend! This class focuses on the glittery accessories that will make your cakes simply sparkle! We’ll explore the various techniques and mediums available to translate fashion trends into edible confections, including fondant, gumpaste, royal icing, white chocolate, sugar pearls, and luster dusts! Students will leave with dazzling brooches and other edible jewelry ready to add to your next creation! Please note, a cake will not be decorated in this class. Rather, we’ll focus on the sugar decorations used to adorn your next cake! |  |
